The Electoral district of Lowan is a rural Lower House electoral district of the Victorian Parliament. It is located within the Western Victoria Region of the Legislative Council .
Lowan includes the country towns of Casterton, Coleraine, Dartmoor, Dimboola, Hamilton, Horsham, Jeparit, Kaniva, Nhill and Rainbow. It is the largest District in Victoria, and stretches from the Big Desert to within ten kilometres of the coast. It includes the wheat growing area of the Wimmera and the wool growing areas of the Western District. Natural features include the Grampians and Mount Arapiles. The current seat was established in 2002 although several previous seats held the same name.
The current member is the National Party's Hugh Delahunty, who held the seat of Wimmera for one term from 1999, and after the redistribution has held Lowan since 2002.
